4. How do I un-subscribe a team or league?
You just log into the site and go to "My subscriptions" and select "Stop" to the subscription you don't wan't any more.
5. How do I quit the service?
You can either log into the site and go to "Settings" and click "Deactivate account" or text the message STOP to 60030.
